We take crunchy peanut butter and raspberry jelly and generously spread it between two pieces of fresh white bread. Then we batter it. Then we deep fry it. The we dust it with powdered sugar….. YUM!

Burgers
Our juicy burgers are hand formed daily using a special blend of ground brisket, ground sirloin and special seasonings. Burgers are served on a toasted brioche bun unless stated otherwise and include lettuce, tomato, onion and a pickle spear with your choice of fresh-cut fries, Parmesan French fries, coleslaw or cottage cheese.

Start with an 8 oz. charbroiled burger and add as many toppings as your heart desires! Jalapenos, grilled peppers, grilled onions, diced green chiles, or sauteed mushrooms $ .50 each. Cheddar, swiss, pepperjack, havarti, provolone, mozzarella or bleu cheese crumbles $1 each. Fried egg, bacon, avocado $2 each. Extra burger patties $4 each.

Half pound of Applewood smoked bacon topped with lettuce, tomato and mayo on grilled Texas toast. Add avocado for $2.
House smoked slow cooked roast beef on a toasted brioche roll with melted Swiss cheese, grilled onions and a side of au jus. Try your dip Southwest style and we will put jalapeno cream cheese, pepper jack and hand dipped frizzled onion strings on it instead for $1 more.
Junk Drawer
Macaroni noodles and creamy homemade cheese sauce, topped with parmesan cheese, Italian bread crumbs and baked in a cast iron skillet until golden brown and bubbly. Make it Southwest style for $1. Add grilled or crispy chicken $3. Add bacon $2. Add green chile pork $4.

10″ hand stretched pizza dough, grilled on the char broiler, topped with homemade marinara sauce, mozzarella cheese and choice of pepperoni, sausage or veggie. (Veggie pizza comes with mushroom, black olives, bell peppers and onion).
(Please allow additional time for pizzas, we dont make it and bake it until you order it.)
Two skewers of marinated teriyaki beef, bell pepper, onion, mushrooms and pineapple served with a side of pineapple and jalapeno slaw. Add shrimp to your kabob for an additional $4.

Two flour tortillas filled with a generous helping of panko crusted or grilled cod fillets, shaved cabbage, diced tomatoes, Mexican cheese blend and zesty chipotle ranch. Served with homemade borracho beans and chips & salsa.
Our slow cooked green chili pork wrapped in a flour tortilla, deep fried to a golden brown and topped with mexican cheese, ranchero sauce & a dollup of jalapeno cream cheese. Served with a side of chips, salsa & borracho beans.
