We take crunchy peanut butter and raspberry jelly and generously spread it between two pieces of fresh white bread. Then we batter it. Then we deep fry it. The we dust it with powdered sugar….. YUM!

Burgers

Our juicy burgers are hand formed daily using a special blend of ground brisket, ground sirloin and special seasonings. Burgers are served on a toasted brioche bun unless stated otherwise and include lettuce, tomato, onion and a pickle spear with your choice  of fresh-cut fries, Parmesan French fries, coleslaw or cottage cheese.

Holy Cow this thing is huge!! We take a giant focaccia roll and stuff it with shaved roast beef, cheddar cheese, caramelized onions, chicken strips, mozzarella sticks, bacon, two fried eggs, French fries, and then cover it with our signature fancy sauce.

Junk Drawer

Six succulent shrimp sauteed in white wine and garlic butter topped with melted Havarti cheese and served with garlic and parmesan bread.
Two tender, flaky Alaskan cod filets, hand dipped in beer batter and deep fried. Served with hand cut fries, cole slaw and homemade lemon zest tartar sauce.

Macaroni noodles and creamy homemade cheese sauce, topped with parmesan cheese, Italian bread crumbs and baked in a cast iron skillet until golden brown and bubbly. Make it Southwest style for $1. Add grilled or crispy chicken $2. Add bacon $2. Add green chile pork $3.

(Because we don’t prepare our Mac n’ Cheese until you’ve ordered it, please allow 20-25 minutes for baking.)

10″ hand stretched pizza dough, grilled on the char broiler, topped with homemade marinara sauce, mozzarella cheese and choice of pepperoni, sausage or veggie. (Veggie pizza comes with mushroom, black olives, bell peppers and onion).

(Please allow additional time for pizzas, we dont make it and bake it until you order it.)

Two skewers of marinated teriyaki beef, bell pepper, onion, mushrooms and pineapple served with a side of pineapple and jalapeno slaw. Add shrimp to your kabob for an additional $3.

Four warm corn tortillas topped with either ground beef or shredded chicken, Mexican cheese blend, onions, cilantro, serrano peppers, salsa and a dollop of sour cream. Served with a side of our delicious borracho beans, homade salsa and our hand cut tortilla chips.
Slow cooked pork simmered in our special recipe roasted Poblano chile sauce, topped with melted Mexican cheese blend. Served with flour tortillas, pico de gallo and charred lime.
One pound of fresh-cut French fries covered in carne asada steak, cheddar cheese, cheddar cheese sauce and pico de gallo. Fries are then topped with sour cream and guacamole.
